Led by Hugo D’Acosta and Thomas Egli, the winery includes 11 acres of mountain vineyards, a wine tasting bar open to the public and an underground cellar, opened to groups by reservation.
The vineyards produce Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Blanc and Nebiolo, as well as other varietals, Encuentro has a limited production, for sale only at the winery.
The bar wine tasting can be visited every day of the year, after 11 AM. During the summer, independent producers participating in the Farmer’s Market offer samples, hand made cheese, jams, olive oil and other artisanal products.
